~DJM: called regarding status of order that I was told * days earlier, I would receive *-* days. Received *nd call on day * stating that they were working on order-would call when shipped. I called them today to find out they are out of stock on meds- which is questionable as I verified that meds were in stock on the day the order was sent to them. Not expected in until May and I am now down to * pill. This is the second time in a row I have had a problem with them and this med.

~DJM: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DJM: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Express Scripts's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DJM: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Express Scripts customers?
~DJM: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Express Scripts to know who you are.
