GetHuman-276787: Flowers had not been delivered on ***** by late afternoon when I went for last mail pick up before Christmas. I did not go out ***** and when I went to the gate to leave for my doctor visit they were at the gate & there was mud and evidence that javelina or some other critter had tried unsuccessfully to get into the pkg. Overnight temp was low **s, flowers were not in good shape. Why wasn't I called (Number was on pkg)& it was to be a surprise for me from my daughter. I know she would not be happy with service. Gate was not locked & delivery to porch or me personally has been done on several occasions, Order ********,Susan & Jim Gatlin Acct. **** I believe credit should be given to their account or replacement made.
