~Martha: Horrible customer service. They did not deliver the flowers I ordered. They delivered a cheap replacement.Never responded to my inquiry. I called customer service. They did not seem to care at all. Asked to speak with a manager. He promised he would call me back by the end of the day. He never did. Never will use this company again.
