~No Punches Pulled: I've used FTD for years. Yesterday I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet (and Godiva Chocolates) and when the rep. came back with my total... it was $** higher than it should have been. When I inquired I was told that "Shipping & Handling" were not included in the prices displayed online. Obviously this is ridiculous!! FTD is a delivery business after all and the website *used to* list the *total* price... as does most of their competitors. I was informed that FTD recently changed this on the website. This is a dishonest, back-door tactic to take advantage of people!**After threatening to cancel the order and never do business with FTD, the rep. spoke to a manager and had the order reduced to what it "should have been" without the hidden charges. I agreed and asked that a complaint about the 'hidden fees" be issued. Today, I called my Mom only to find out she only received the flowers (no chocolates). AND, FTD took the liberty of using my order to solicit her for some steak house. A coupon
