~bckm: Kept calling and getting a busy signal. When I printed out my order from the computer it had the name of the hospital for delivery. When I printed out the confirmation email, there was no hospital name.*I have been calling now for * days and when I finally get through they tell me it's an answering service and they will pass along my information.*No one has called me back and I still don't know if the flowers ever arrived!

~bckm: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~bckm: For that I would say one out of five.
