~Sharon: Emailed me right back and said that they couldn't help and gave me a link for something else that just took me back to what I've been trying all day! Can anyone help I can't connect to fb it says can't find the server to verify account driving me crazy I've not changed anything. It stopped working this morning and hasn't let me log in since **am saying fb are doing maintenance work and will be ok in few minutes but that was hours ago any help would be grateful as I'm at a loss now thanks Sharon

~Sharon: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sharon: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
~Sharon: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
