GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Facebook customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~damian plumb: I can't find how to get in touch with a human. The links and phone numbers all lead to the same dead end. I will most likely have to close the account because there is no human interaction available. I can not a valid reason that a company that is so wealthy can't even communicate at any reasonable level. Someone has hacked into my account and is posting pron on my page. I have changed my pass word and it is still happening. I have tried the phone numbers found on google and they lead to a dead end unless your a cop. Is there any real digital security in face book? I am having a hard time dealing with the fact that the only thing you seem to care about is the share holders of face book.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Facebook. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Facebook problem?

~damian plumb: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~damian plumb: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
