GetHuman-lennart: I deleted a friends comment by mistake..*Can't seem to fix it..
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-lennart: I'm on my phone..*Dont know if this is Actually someone at Facebook I'm talking to? Or if they think they are Iron gods in the sky, who don't deal with filthy customers.. Its seemigly impossible to reach facebook when you need them.. I guess they figured they are perfect and don't need any fixing.. or opinions from others.. I am a happy man, but not finding support from a company I support, is like being betrayed by a friend.. So if you're not facebook, please tell them to sober up, put on their pants sit in front of the computer and start a freakin support channel.. or helpcenter with real human contact.. *Maybe you agree with me totally.. in that case just pass this idea of decency to forums or newspapers or use any media that can reach the Iron throne.. * *Peace!

GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-lennart: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
GetHuman-lennart: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
