GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-bj2: To whom it may concern,**My name is James Jones. I have a personal account and business page on Facebook.*Personal: https:**www.facebook.com*afterglowpower*Business: https:**www.facebook.com*afterglowpowerwashing*?ref*hl**I advertise my business on local buy, sell, trade, business, and real estate groups on Facebook.**Today I receive a notice from Facebook that I have been restricted from posting or joining any groups until Dec. **th.**You're temporarily restricted from joining and posting to groups until December ** at *:**am.*RESTRICTION ONEnds December ** at *:**am***I believe this is an unfair restriction. I contacted the help desk and they gave me some generic reasons but nothing specific.**These are the reasons they sent me:**) You joined too many groups.**) You spammed groups and got reported**) You started direct messaging members and they reported you.**) You did a repetitive action and were warned.**I have not violated any of these rules in any way.**I joined these groups to advertise my business with their (admins) permission. I only belong to ** groups total on my account. I post an ad on each group once a week and delete or bump the previous weeks ad when I post the new one. I have never spammed any group ever. The only direct message I have posted was to the group admin thanking them for adding me to the group. They have all responded with a very positive comment. I have never direct messaged any member of any group personally. I have never been warned about repetitive action from any group. It's my belief that a member of a group or groups has maliciously reported a bogus complaint because of business related competition. If this be the case how can they do this with out proof? And how can Facebook restrict me with out a specific explaination? I have never had business competitors complain about my behavior or ethics since Ive been in business since ****. I do not practice any actions in these groups different than anyone else posting business ads. I am a professional businessman and do not deserve to be treated in this manner. This is unfair and needs to be corrected ASAP.*Thank you!*James Jones
