~Rachelle SF: I hate facebook, I wish it was never created. It displays too much information of an individual, it caused havoc in peoples lives, and still they don't help to remove fake accounts!! SHUT FACEBOOK DOWN!!"

~Rachelle SF: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rachelle SF: For that I would say four out of five.

~Rachelle SF: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
