GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-vpottsm: For at least a week, a group that I am in is having major problems a growing number of people who are posting vulgar pictures and are quite disgusting in the comments. Now, I'm not silly, I have reported and blocked these people, but there have been a huge number that have left the group, even after I pointed out what to do. One of the issues I have, is no matter how many times I have reported inappropriate behavior, the team who review these reports, are said that they don't violate facebooks rules. I've been trying to find a way to fix this problem and the only thing I could think of was to screen shot a section, so you can see for yourselves the problem.

GetHuman-vpottsm: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-vpottsm: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-vpottsm: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
GetHuman-vpottsm: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
