~OLLIE WELLS JR: THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME!! I CANNOT ACCESS FACEBOOK OR ANY PART OF MY ACCOUNT, CAN'T EVEN ACCESS HELP LINK!! SO THIS NUMBER IS BASICALLY WORTHLESS TO THOSE WITH THIS ISSUE!!

~OLLIE WELLS JR: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~OLLIE WELLS JR: For that I would say three out of five.
