~Mike Joe: facebook will go just like myspace. awful support and practices. No one should be able to delete benign things off my wall. if they don't like it, BLOCK THEM. you encourage these parasites.

~Mike Joe: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Mike Joe: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mike Joe: For that I would say two out of five.
