~Farmer Brown: Trying to cancel service for son in Thiland, they said to have him email them and they would send him a one time pin number to cancel account from Thiland. His phone does not work there. He did not get a pin number, customer service at that number was a joke. Even plugging in last * numbers of social security , and was told that was not the right * numbers. We have been trying to cancel since first of Aug. No one will help it's just sorry, without a pin number we can't help you. They just don't get it, we do not have a pin number. My son and I are both pulling our hair out. So I told the foreign stupid customer service guy when a bill came next, I was going to write deceased on envelope and put it back in mail box. If you want to hyper ventilate try that number. Comsumers report said to go to bottom of web site for corporate contacts, but even googling you cannot get thru to higher ups to solve problem.
