GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's FedEx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-osiem: EMBARRASSING
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-osiem: This is most embarrassing company I came across in a long time, customer service is non existing they stick to a script and are unable to answer any question that fall outside what is scripted. It took ** hours to deliver overnite service from TN, to Schaumburg Il and another ** from Schaumburg to Schaumburg - DISTANCE *.* MILE. Why they bother. They should tell me, come and pick it up because we do not give a ..... about your time. We do not value your time and you for that matter.** hours window frame for sth that should take ** minutes. Who is scheduling their routes. Absurd. Never again use UPS, THEY DELIVER.

GetHuman-osiem: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-osiem: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-osiem: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other FedEx customers?
GetHuman-osiem: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FedEx to know who you are.
