~Lucy Cole: I got on the phone with a nice person who started assisting me, two seconds later she asked me, mind if I put you on hold? Then, I could hear her talking and chatting with her friends through the line! Soon, another person asked if I needed help, and when I did, she directed me to another number! Very unhappy, as my package has still not been delivered!!

~Lucy Cole: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Lucy Cole: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Lucy Cole: For that I would say five out of five.
