~CJT from Missouri: I made them give me a supervisor and wanted information on why the tracking said they delivered a package and left it on the porch on Nov ** at *:** when the person I shipped to didn't get it on their porch until Nov **st in the morning. I wanted them to contact their delivery person and then tell me what happened and why their tracking was incorrect. The supervisor's attitude toward me was obviously annoyed. You can't trust their tracking, you can't trust them, either, becaus the supervisor NEVER got back to me with an explanation. Lousy service!!!

~CJT from Missouri: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~CJT from Missouri: For that I would say one out of five.

~CJT from Missouri: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FedEx to know who you are.
