GetHuman-198884: It works, however after saying the second time speak with a representative, they put me through to what sounded like a person pretending to be a robot just to hear my tracking *. Then put on hold for a short time to speak with someone who helped me. Only problem was on Fedex's part. They need to update their phones, hard to hear the representative and I could hear other representatives in the background.

GetHuman-198884: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-198884: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-198884: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-198884: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FedEx to know who you are.
