~terrible service: Repeatedly, I've waited all day for a FedEx delivery for which I need to sign, no delivery, according to tracking an "attempt to deliver made, but customer not home" (untrue of course), and no notice left by the driver. Customer service always unhelpful* apparently they have no info beyond what the public sees on the FedEx.com site. Overall, terrible service, from lying drivers to clueless customer service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting FedEx. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a FedEx problem?
~terrible service: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~terrible service: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~terrible service: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other FedEx customers?
~terrible service: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FedEx to know who you are.
