~lucky : Wow these guys are liars.packaged was held back and not delivered within contract due to security issues apparently fedex illegally randomly hold back packages well that's what they told me until I explained I'm an ex EOD counter terrorism high risk search team member. Then it was due to a broken conveyer and not anyones fault shame on you fedex.Avoid Avoid Avoid!

~lucky : I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lucky : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lucky : For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other FedEx customers?
~lucky : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FedEx to know who you are.
