~Yet another annoyed FedEx cust: I was home expecting a delivery when I saw the truck pull up in front of my building in the apartment complex I live in.**The package was tracked as left on my doorstep around that time, but I came to the door and waited, yet never received the package. I assume they delivered it to the wrong address within my building.**Called FedEx and they said they would contact the driver and have them retrieve the package and return it to me. * days later, I had not heard anything, so I called back.**Customer service rudely informs me that the request was never submitted and the tracking shows the package was left on my doorstep.**The rep said they would have their dispatch call me back within * hours.**NEVER got the call. Pretty clear they never had any intention to take responsibility or step up and correct their mistake.**On top of that, you can't submit a claim unless you're the sender.**Luckily, the business I ordered with has much better customer service and offered to send a replacement.
