GetHuman-278330: I was on hold for ** minutes and then an agent answered and asked me basic questions and said they could help me out. After I gave all my info she said she needed to transfer me. I then had to wait ** minutes for another agent to help. My call somewhow became disconnected and i tired calling back and it said it was closed. I'm cancelling bill payer today and also cancelling my **th account all together. WAY too many problems with the bank. JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!
