~bruecco: I DID not get a notification as I was promised ***** via a phone conversation, I called today and I was told my filter has not shipped, the lady told me repeatedly that she sent the request while we were on the phone, If I do not receive my filter by this Friday as promised yesterday I want want a REFUND.. I should have read all the reviews before giving them my money!
