~GTZAT: It's hard to understand the people that answers the phone...their english pronunciation is so bad that it's impossible to communicate with them...this PAYMENT REVERSAL has been posted on my account * times....I have sent my payments on time for the years that I've been a customer, but I'm tired of this situation...I need to Know what is this so called PAYMENT REVERSAL...and I'm letting you know, that if you don't clear this action, I will stop payments to my account on grounds that it may be a scam this so called PAYMENT REVERSAL,and that you are doing it to charge late fees, even that my payment it's done * through my Bank ON TIME...EVERY TIME
