~Sharbe: I called * times and spoke to * people to get a return label. They must outsource to another country because the line was full of static and people talking on phones. We couldnt hear one another and I had to ask one to please slow down as he was trying to rush to get off the phone. The *rd time I asked for my information to be read back to me, checking to make sure each part was correct. Customer service represents your brand and poor communication leaves a bad impression.

~Sharbe: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sharbe: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
