~Shocked by Deephoo: They got petty over a .**cent chrg, even tho I had previous credit balance of $**.** and they refused to issue a credit. I charged * items and ended up w*.**cent bill. They would not waive, credit, etc. I asked for and spoke w*CSR manager, Deepho, who immediately Demanded I send in check for the Full .**cents!! *The POOREST Customer Service decision, ever!! *I am contacting the upper management, filing a complaint on every site possible, as well as filing complaint w*BBB over this.**They could of, should of sent me a REFUND Check for the $**.** but certainly should of credited the .**cents!! I have paid them $*,***'s in interest over the *** years I have been w*them.*This CSR Mngr, Dee-po is unbelievably petty, vengeful, and a very poor manager to do this kind of thing. He has been hateful on several other occaisions in the past *.* years. *I suggest it is time for him to find work as a Highway Flagger, where he will not have to interact w*customers quite so often. *J
