I KNOW THEY ARE VERY BUSY, BUT THE LIGHT IS ALREADY THERE FOR THE DUSK TO DAWN LIGHT. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST THREE WEEKS. ~CHRIS SMITH: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FirstEnergy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~CHRIS SMITH: For that I would say three out of five.
