~john ditman: on ** march power went out. i called *** *** **** and reached the voice activated robot. it gave me several suggestions, including to put out a bucket of water to freeze. temp outside was **F. it told me to set my hot water to ***F, it is at ***F.**it asked me for my account number, it was not handy.*it asked me if i wanted to report an outage, i said yes, it asked the same question again. a total loss or power, i said yes again. it asked again, it does not understand screaming and cursing.*i puit down the handset, found the accounmt number, came back to a dead line. i called it badck. more horrible non communication.*i eventually got to talk to a human.*i gave her my correct phone number, that seemed to work.*after about * hours the power came on, went out about ** minutes later.*then i knew i hada to deal with the robot again, i did,*i tried to get through to a human. call back during regular business hours.*i will if you have your outages during business hours.*one thing usef
