~Keisha: Called the phone * listed above after not receiving an email back from support. First time i called I pressed to speak with someone and had a line and was unable to hear anyone, second time I called (right after I hung up) I was connected but had silence, third time i called again, and was connected to Ferdinand M. and helped me right away. Apologized for lag time on email response, and was able to look into my issue and get a replacement flex sent to me due to battery draining, looked at my battery level and asked a few questions and received the email confirmation. Best customer service! Very pleased!

~Keisha: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Keisha: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fitbit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Keisha: For that I would say five out of five.
