~dan2253: Received pants that were **x** and my size is **x**. I then found out that they expect you to go get your pants hemmed each month which totally defeats the purpose of this service to me. On top of that, after I was able to call them, they would not cancel my account immediately and I will receive another months shipment and get billed for it. Not happy with this but I suppose it was probably in the fine prints somewhere. They obviously could cancel this if they wanted to but chose not to. If you are aware of these things and still want to sign up, the clothes that I received the first month were okay. However, I would not want to have to go get my pants hemmed every month. I think this is absurd and it was not clearly communicated.
