~Iveta Heralova: I have BIG problem with YOUR COMPANY! I am so angry and desperate. I paid my ticket and you did not sent me my confirmed ticket. I was calling you all evening, one man said me my booking reference, but it is not working!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR MY TICKET!!!!!!!! immediately! send me my ticket on my mail please:*****@***.com*I ll call tomorrow on Britishairways and if they say me I dont have booking my ticket and I ll want my money back!!!!!
