~anonymous: *** because it is difficult to even get in the queue, *** once i got through to a human, so *** overall. when first calling, press * repeatedly until it transfers you to customer service. then it will say "high call volume..." and hang up on you. i called back * times and repeated the above steps until i got into the queue. i then waited ** mins until i got a human, and she was very helpful. i called at about *pm on a thursday in the middle of the month. wasn't as bad as i thought it'd be.
