~helpless in florida: After calling for days to finally get through, * months later and still no benefits showing except for emergency food stamps. Have children on prescribed meds that have been without now for * months after transferring from another state. Had i known florida wasnt paying attention to the peoples needs, I would never have came back here. And will sue this state if anything happens to my children because of this very poor system here. No excuse for the horrible quality of service to those in need. Time to call in to the governers office and make complaints official.Get the right people to do the job right !!! P.S. When i finally did get through this line, All i heard were woman talking of a party and laughing. Is this what kind of people the state "affords" to handle the needs of others who deperately need the assistance ?? And why are all the applicants doing the paperwork themselves ? This syatem here in florida is a disgrace to that of other states. Way to go floria !!!
