Medically Needy program is also a waste of time because if a providers is not under the medicaid network, Medicaid will not pay bill no matter if a person met the threshold. Rick Scott close the department and distribute the funds as you see fit. No citizen is getting any food stamps, or any other help. WE CAN'T GET THROUGH THE TELEPHONES LINES.
