~pepsibrat58: I think it is TERRIBLE that I have to call back because you people do NOT want to ask us to hold for a few minutes to speak to a live person!!!!!!!! Today, I called * times in a half hour! That is DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be at the office tomorrow and I will be sure to speak to someone about this!!!!!!!!
