The Phone service is nothing more than a way for them to ignore their reponsibilities to the needs of desperate families in a poor economy. Who ever heard of customers having to fax and do their own paperwork ?? * Staff member in a walker to greet you at the door?? What ever happened to the day when you actually had a human (Case worker) to help you get your benefits in a reasonable and timely manner. Think the state of florida needs to be investigated and someone with authority needs to actually look at these "HORRIBLE" reviews that are present here. Start firing those lazy people in charge and get someone who can get the job done right and be there for the families in need. No wonder there are so many homeless here. Lets play switcharoo !! Give the applicants the job of the state workers and let these workers be on the other end. In other words..."FIRE" these idiots who are now running this system, And put them out on t
