~hatedcf: This is the most horrible customer service in the world. They want me to complete a phone interview, but when their mailbox is full, for over a week. Its kind of hard. Its also hard to fax proof of income when they dont give you a fax number. They need to get it together. I dont honestly believe it takes over *** mins of hold time, I think they are just ******** who refuse to answer the phone.
