~Jocelyn31: These people are the most inefficient, incompetent employees. They do not possess any recognizable customer service skills and they do not utilize proper hold or transfer techniques, and this is just to say the least and keep my post rated "PG". I hate the fact that Unemployment messed up and sent a payment after my claim had ended, to this card. Once I finally get my money back, I am destroying this card and canceling this account, as I should have a long time ago*******
