~rita merritt: this envolves one of our employee her forms have been lost numerous time and this is after she has been assured it would start **** this all started when the women who heads daycare in Stuart sat on her paperwork for *-*** mos.now it is **** and again they have lost faxed information i think this is simply not acceptable and someone needs to be held accountable
