GetHuman-385203: called your ***-***-**** number. unable to get human, even refusing to answer questions failed. after asking for a human, computer voice stated it was unable to understand.... put on hold. still on hold over * minutes. At this point filling a false advertering lawsuit may be quicker. signed up for e-z pay, but was charged the regular price of **.**. NOT the ad price of ***.**. AND YOU TOOK THE MONEY from the bank account - so don't say that you did not have the correct information. YES I am getting more upset the longer I wait. ....have been a customer for over ** years,,,,
