GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Flybe customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Nct: i phoned in regards with a booking that would of gone through on the Internet. First price ***£** for return then at the checkout the price had gone up only by ***£*. Which I didn't mind. Had to input all my details again, only then for another messages whilst being online the price has increased. This happened * times. Taking my original price off ***£** to ***£***. Frankly this is appalling. Telling this to your customer service agent who was most unhelpful.*All she could say was " if you won't the tickets madam you will pay that price" " anything else I can help you with"*Never will I book with your selfs again nor will I recomend your services.

~Nct: For that I would say one out of five.
