GetHuman-81441: Financed the truck through Ford Motor Credit. Tried to use a local bank to refinance due to interest rate being half what Ford Credit was. For the last * months I've been making payments to Ford and a local bank. The call taker at Ford told me it wasn't their problem, very rude. I needed to have paperwork filled out by Ford Credit from my local bank. Ford Credit call taker advised there was no place the local bank could fax it and there was no phone number local bank could call. while I try to get this straightened out with my local bank, at least they are polite.
