~25k pile of trash: Basically, the person told me that I couldn't be helped. That I was negligent because I didn't change the oil as the local service person told me I should have (after the fact @ **** or **** mi). However, I asked repeatedly what it ment to neglect the change when I changed the oil when the light said "oil change". This was done a bit later than it said (closer to *k mi). However, their website says **** mi for oil change. I didn't get an owner's manual when I bought it. Their response, you should have d*l or called office. So, if I want to prove that there was a default on FORD instead of neglect? I have to pay **** to find out! If they say its me, then I pay and end up with **k mi **** vehicle that doesn't work! I'm out ***k plus my ****. Answer from FORD, get it towed to junk yard!
