GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ford customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-398245: I spoke to the customer relations person and told them my turn signal handle feel off of my new focus with **** miles on it. obviously this is something that isn't a usual occurrence. The CR person took my name and my information and forwarded it to the regional service manager for disposition. Oh I forgot, Ford wants me to pay for a new part and the labor to install. Obviously this isn't my fault and may be a defective install at the factory. Anyway, I'll keep ou tuned in.
