~frontieristheworst: worst airline they really are. why do they even bother with these hotlines. i can't reach anyone after * days of trying. after being on hold for over an hour an automated voice came on saying i had ** more minutes to wait. after ** minutes it said ** minutes. after another ** minutes it said ** minutes again. if this is how they manage customer service i am terrified to get on one of their planes. I can only imagine how well they manage the maintenance of their planes if this is any indicator.
