~Frontier sucks: Frontier should close and admit they are the worst provider of services that has ever existed in this galaxy. I'd rather deal with aliens and flesh eating zombies than talk to one of their useless as "****¥*$ on a bull" agents. ** separate calls each over *.* hours to No Avail. And I am a former AT&T management employee. I can't even begin to describe how utterly horrific frontier is. If any frontier execs read this: you should seriously consider closing the doors and letting a class of *th graders or even better a group of monkeys run your organization. No one takes ownership of any issue and the common theme is pass the buck. And overcharge and not issue credits and not having any records of previous calls? Ever seen the movie ground hog day? I'd rather use rabbit ears for tv and have * tin cans on a string then use your ratchet services. Take this personally. Collectively you do not perform and you offer no redeeming qualities. Get out of CT and stop doing business. You are the WOR
