GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Frontier Communications customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~HATE FRONTIER: How can Frontier give you a billing date which falls on a weekend, then when you go to pay online, it won't accept the due date and defaults to next business day, which appears as a late payment?*How can they bill you for February and tell you that you are past due, when the next payment per my statement is January **, which I scheduled a payment online.*Not only was the transfer of service from AT&T to Frontier terrible, we are still paying the same price for services that we had at AT&T that we don't have with Frontier, ie., App that allows us to manage our DVR from our phone or online, limited online networks. Then try calling customer service.....only if you have at least * hour to sit on the phone and wait for them! Frontier is the worst.

~HATE FRONTIER: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HATE FRONTIER: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Frontier Communications's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HATE FRONTIER: For that I would say three out of five.

~HATE FRONTIER: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Frontier Communications to know who you are.
