~anonymous: i called frontier to set up new service. It took them about * weeks to hook up phone service - each time i called they promised I would have service the next day but I only got it weeks later. Then, they said they would set up internet but * weeks later - when I still didn't have service, they got back to me and said it wasn't available in my area. *Frontier CS is awful - STAY AWAY
