~drumnuthead54: Our problem started * months ago. We were quoted a plan for $**.** and got billed $**.**. The install was supposed to be NC and showed up on the bill for $***.**. I called and was given a ** day NC because of the billing issues. I kept getting bills for the cancelled service every month.*I had to call customer service every month and ask why my billing had not been taken care. Now the story has changed and I am wrong and the Frontier CS service was incorrect to tell me NC for their mistakes.** MONTHS later I get another bill for $**.** and Frontier said we owed for ** days of service. I cancelled it after two weeks. * MONTHS to get a problem fixed and I am the one who is mistaken.*FRONTIER COMMUNICATIONS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.*Here is the clincher. Frontier was telling the billings would lag but eventually work out and get taken care of.*Then they turned in into collecions and turned up on my CREDIT REPORT.*What a BUNCH OF POOOOOOOOOP!!!!!*IT AFFECTED MY CREDIT SC
