~kmhunter: I got my phone problem corrected last month after literally hours on hold, multiple calls, and numerous people (including a supervisor and a manager). My "correction" only lasted approximately a month and now I'm on hold again waiting for a supervisor's manager. I'm so tired of this ****. I guess this is what happens when they have the only service available. They don't have to give you competent service because you literally don't have anywhere else to go. Our internet is so slow it's like crank starting a model T Ford.

~kmhunter: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kmhunter: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Frontier Communications's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kmhunter: For that I would say four out of five.
